ABC Santa Ana Day Health Center is a facility that provides an organized day care program and services in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting older adults’ personal independence and promoting social, physical, and emotional well-being. ABC Santa Ana Day Health Center provide quality adult day care services to individuals who are at risk of being placed in an institutional facility and being distanced from the love and the support of their family. ABC Santa Ana Day Health Center offer Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) through a community-based day care program that provides ADHC services for Medi-Cal beneficiaries. ABC Santa Ana Day Health Center will serve as the family’s extension during daytime, thereby relieving family caregivers.
